Attorney Estrella is the Chief of the Legal Services Division of the Civil Service Commission for BARMM. He is concurrently the head of the CSC Field Office in Tawi-Tawi. Authorized to do limited practice of law, he runs a law office together with Atty. Sahara Alia Silongan in Cotabato City. He is also a senior lecturer at the University of the Philippines and at the Notre Dame University College of Law.

Flores v. ALNOR Hotels and Convention Center
2019-Present
Attorney Estrella is the counsel of Alnor Hotels and Convention Center, the largest hotels and mall operator in Cotabato City,. From an initial unfavorable ruling from the Labor Arbiter, the case was subsequently entrusted to Attorneys Estrella and Silongan where they used novel arguments in an appeal before the NLRC. Ruling favorably thereon, the NLRC reversed the Labor Arbiter’s ruling adopting the appellant’s position that there is no employer-employee relationship. The corresponding motion for reconsideration of the appellee was also denied. The case is pending before the Court of Appeals.
Represented the Bangsamoro People through the Office of the Regional Governor of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao in its court and administrative cases

During his stay at the Office of the Attorney General of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, Attorney Estrella represented the Bangsamoro People and the ARMM Government in various court and administrative cases involving DepEd, DOTC, and other line agencies.
